A safe haven for the imagination

The much anticipated fourth season of ABC Family’s fantastic hit show, “Pretty Little Liars,” doesn’t make it’s TV debut until Tuesday, June 11th, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get excited about it now! The promo pictures have just been released, so let’s take a look at them and gear up for the new season!

The stars pose in the above photo for the upcoming season! From left to right, Lucy Hale (Aria), Shay Mitchell (Emily), Troian Bellisario (Spencer), and Ashley Benson (Hanna), all look ready to take on whatever Season Four may have in store!

But wait! Is that… SMOKE coming out of the doorway behind them? Let’s take another look!

Yeah! We’re pretty sure it’s smoke!! Is it supposed to be a reminder of them getting trapped in that house that burned down at the end of last season? Or will they encounter more fire in the new episodes?! And what about “A”? Is she REALLY Alison (Sasha Pieterse), in the flesh? Did Ali never actually die? And what did the girls discover in the trunk of that car, anyway? We simply can’t wait for Season Four to come out so we can see what happens next!

Hosting the Billboard Music Awards this year is Tracy Morgan, our favorite funny guy from “30 Rock.”  The 2013 awards show will air on May 19th from the MGM Grand Las Vegas, live on ABC.

To figure out the nominations, Billboard’s music charts are studied from February 27, 2012 to February 24, 2013. Things that are considered when deciding the finalists are things like album sales, how many downloads occurred for each track and album per artist, how many times each was played on the radio, any tours they did and social media interactions, amongst other things. After crunching all the numbers, there is a three-way tie for the lead finalist! They are Taylor Swift, fun. and Maroon 5! Each of the three lead finalist acts were nominated in 11 different categories.

The new episode of Disney’s “Jessie” airs TONIGHT, April 19th, at 8:30PM ET/PT! The name of this episode is “Why Do Foils Fall in Love?” and is all about Jessie (Debby Ryan) and Tony’s (Chris Galya) first anniversary together! Apparently, Tony is going to forget it’s their big day, which makes Jessie go from wanting to write a sappy love song about him to writing an angry one instead! The song ends up being a big hit and everyone loves it so much that Jessie gets to play it live for an audience in Central Park- but what will Tony think of it? Check out this clip of the upcoming episode and tune in to Disney Channel TONIGHT to watch it!

It’s been a week since the season finale of  the CW’s ”The Carrie Diaries,” so we thought it was safe to spill the beans about the last episode! We won’t go into too many details just in case for some reason you haven’t had the chance to watch it yet- but it’s all about scandals and junior prom! The episode starring AnnaSophia Robb is titled, “Kiss Yesterday Goodbye” and Carrie Bradshaw’s prom dress in it is TO-DIE-FOR! Her prom dress, though, isn’t the only awesome outfit she wore in the episode. We wanted to share her fashion choices with you and see what you thought!

First is this adorable blouse & skirt combo! We love the mismatching patterns! Especially paired with those pink polka dotted heels and Carrie’s signature blonde curls! The skirt is from ModCloth and is called the Music in Me Skirt in Mix Tape!

Another super fun look was this retro style side button skirt with a top that appears to be of the fruit/vegetable variety! It looks so cute.

One of our favorite dresses worn by AnnaSophia as Carrie Bradshaw in the season finale was the dress she wore in the final clip. It’s an ADORABLE Kate Spade number from a few years ago that’s totally sold out now- so if you already have it, you’re so lucky!

And the dress you’ve been waiting for: Carrie’s prom dress! It’s a pale pink short dress with cap sleeves and tons of lace with a gorgeous open back! While Carrie’s is vintage, there is another dress you can actually buy for your own prom that looks JUST like hers! It’s called the Sherri Hill Sheer Boat Neckline Dress and you can snag it online! Don’t you think it looks just like AnnaSophia’s?

It’s not just dresses that Carrie rocked in the last episode, either. When she was writing in her journal towards the end of the show, she worn this really cute Gabby Sweatshirt from Anthropologie!

Marvel’s third installment of Tony Stark, “Iron Man 3,” will be hitting theaters and IMAX 3D in the USA on May 3rd! Currently, the stars of the flick are touring the world promoting the upcoming film and carrying adventure along with them!

Tony Stark, played by the ever talented Robert Downey, Jr., along co-stars with Gwyneth Paltrow, Ben Kingsley and Bing Bing Fan, toured Russia, China, Korea and Germany posing with fans and each other! Check out some of the photos from their Around The World Tour below!

“Iron Man 3″ is just the first installment of Marvel movies for this year! Over the next three years, their schedule is quite full! Later this year on November 8th, ”Thor: The Dark World” will premiere. “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is set to hit theaters about a year from now, on April 4, 2014. “Guardians of the Galaxy” will come out on August 1, 2014 and the yet-to-be-titled “Marvel’s The Avengers” sequel will be just a year later, with an expected release date of May 1, 2015! Also for 2015 is the flick “Ant-Man,” which should come out around November 6, 2015.

We can’t wait to see the new “Iron Man 3″ as well as all the other flicks Marvel has planned for the next few years!

Disney star Bella Thorne is super excited to be in the May issue of Teen Vogue! She tweeted the above pics from her photoshoot to her friends and fans and said,

I would say fun. Different. Definitely stylish.

I love Michael Kors! I also love Miu Miu shoes — they’re fabulous, I have so many pairs.

What’s on your wardrobe wish list?
I’m really into tall boots. I just got some new ones from Michael Kors that have these little gold studs. I have Valentino ones that I really love. Real, real tall boots!

In attendance at the very first annual 2013 British Animal Honours was Harry Potter’s own Ron Weasley, or Rupert Grint. The animal lover was proud to witness the first of what will be a great yearly awards show!

The British Animal Honours were held on April 11th in Borehamwood, England at the Elstree Studios. The Animal Honours is just about the cutest awards event you can think of, honoring Britain’s best and most exceptional animals and their owners who devote their time and love to their pets! The public votes on who they think should win the awards and a panel of judges makes the final decision.

There were many categories to win, including these:

Shaina Kohli, a student at Pepperdine University, posted a YouTube video asking pop star Joe Jonas to be her date to her sorority formal. You can watch her video inviting him as her date right here!

While Joe sadly can’t make the formal, he posted a ridiculously funny response video to Shaina’s on his own YouTube page today! Check it out below!

Matt Lauer was in on the joke, and on NBC’s ‘Today Show,’ he spoke with Shaina who was in his audience. He revealed Joe’s video response to her, which made her totally blush! Then, they pointed out that a gentleman in the crowd with long hair and glasses was holding up a sign that read, “Looking for a date for a concert in July.” It was Joe in disguise! As soon as Shaina figured it out she screamed! Joe asked her to be his date to his concert and she graciously accepted. You can see how it all went down right on E’s website!

Country singer Hunter Hayes, who performed at the 2013 Academy of Country Music Awards on April 7th in Las Vegas,  has released a new single! Right now, the YouTube version is audio only, but at least you can hear the full song! It’s entitled “I Want Crazy” and is a really cute love song that will get stuck in your head!
