So for all of you who just can’t get enough of Britney news…I’ve got even more for you. It seems as though there are no limits for Britney anymore. Just when we think she has hit rock bottom once, she seems to always find a way to fall even further the next time.

Britney was taken from her home yet again today. She was carried off in an ambulance this morning and taken to the hospital…AGAIN. There were police officers in cars, motorcycles, and even in helicopters who were helping to escort her. A police officer who was working on escorting her stopped to explain that everyone was taking her away in order for her to “get help”. Much like the last time she was taken away, this time she is being held for yet another mental evaluation.

The hold that she is on is called a 5150 hold. What it means is that she is a danger to herself and to others, as well. Britney didn’t resist being taken away this time. She only simply asked, “Is something wrong?”….

(Obviously, Britney, something is wrong when you are being escorted out of your home by police on motorcycles and in helicopters…)

This all happened because Britney’s psychiatrist called the North Hollywood division of the Los Angeles Police Department and told them that something must be done about Britney. The psychiatrist had visited Britney the night before and seemed very concerned by much of her behavior…especially the fact that she bought a brand new Mercedes and was driving it around recklessly.

Britney’s mom is very angry that the psychiatrist did this. Britney’s manager, however, is totally behind the decision.

I think it’s sad that Britney’s life has been so public. Many celebrities go through a very tough time dealing with fame….when you add kids and a divorce on top of that, I can see how it would be easy for someone to crack under all of their own expectations. However, I think it is clear to every one by now that Britney definitely does need this help that people are trying to give her. What do you girls think?
