DWTS Season 20 Week 6 Recap!
April 22nd, 2015
“Dancing With The Stars” was all new on Monday for Week 6 with “Spring Break Night!” Our favorite dance of the night came from Riker Lynch and Allison Holker when they danced the Samba to “Want to Want Me” by Jason Derulo. The couple was supposed to dance to “Work It” by Missy Elliot but changed their song at the last minute. It was probably a good move though, because the performance came out amazing!
Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson – danced the Jive to “Surfin’ Safari” by The Beach Boys – Total Score: 28 out of 40
Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough – danced the Tango to “Summer” by Calvin Harris – Total Score: 34 out of 40
Noah Galloway and Sharna Burgess – danced the Rumba to “Waves” by Mr Probz – Total Score: 29 out of 40
Willow Shields and Mark Ballas – danced the Salsa to “Tequila” by Xavier Cugat – Total Score: 34 out of 40
Rumer Willis and Valentin Chmerkovskiy – danced Jazz to “Bootylicious” by Destiny’s Child – Total Score: 32 out of 40
Chris Soules and Witney Carson – danced the Viennese Waltz to “Hopelessly Devoted to You” by Olivia Newton-John – Total Score: 31 out of 40
Riker Lynch and Allison Holker – danced the Samba to “Want to Want Me” by Jason Derulo – Total Score: 38 out of 40
Patti LaBelle and Artem Chigvintsev – danced the Quickstep to “Heat Wave” by Martha and the Vandellas – Total Score: 29 out of 40
They didn’t have the lowest score of the evening, but Patti LaBelle and Artem Chigvintsev were sent home when it came time to eliminate a couple. Maybe it had something to do with Patti losing a shoe during the dance! We’ll miss the singer and dancer and wish they could have stayed longer!
Did you watch “Dancing With The Stars” this week? Who was your favorite couple?

Free App of the Week: Splash Underwater Sanctuary
April 14th, 2015
Since we really loved hatching, feeding and growing our butterflies in the game “Flutter,” we were really excited to learn that the creators behind it, DeNA Corp., were coming out with a brand new game! It’s called “Splash: Underwater Sanctuary” and it’s all about hatching, feeding and growing different fish species in your coral reef. Just like in “Flutter,” the adorable little fish you make are real-life breeds, and you’ll discover fun facts about them as you level them up. Check out the official description below, some screenshots of the game and learn more!
“This is the ocean adventure you’ve been waiting for! From the creators of Flutter comes Splash, the spectacular new game that challenges you to restore life to a beautiful underwater world.
As a reef caretaker, the fate of a vibrant and diverse ecosystem is in your hands. With the population of the ocean dwindling, you must raise and release a multitude of species to repopulate and fill it with life. Along the way be sure to keep your Aquapedia handy, as you’ll document exciting real-life facts about each species you uncover. Watch in wonder as your sanctuary comes to life, teeming with creatures that are both visually stunning and unique in personality and behavior.
So take the plunge! Splash is overflowing with eye-catching fish, beautiful ocean environments and relaxing gameplay that is sure to keep you entertained for hours to come. “
There are a ton of species to uncover, each one more adorable than the next!
As you level up, you’ll be able to expand your reef and hold more fish. That way, you can hatch and rescue more at a time!
Each time you feed a fishy, you’ll be rewarded with a stone, gem, coins or ticket! The tickets can be collected and handed over to your crab friend who will give you a decoration. The decorations produce more coins so the fun never ends!
The best part of this game is it’s totally free! Head on over to iTunes and get this brand new game now, and don’t forget to tell your friends about it! The more friends you have, the more free gifts you can give and get daily!
What do you think of our pick for Free App of the Week? Are you already obsessed with Splash, too? Which is your favorite fish so far?
