The Diva Girls "Divas on Ice" Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, who are between six (6) and sixteen (16) years of age as of date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions. Employees, officers, directors of 505 Games ("Sponsor"), Cartoon Doll Emporium ("Administrator") and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, production and promotion agencies and the immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

The Diva Girls "Divas on Ice" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") will begin on or about 6:00 a.m. PST on June 17, 2009 and is scheduled to end at 8:59 p.m. PST June 30, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Notwithstanding scheduled end date, Sweepstakes will end once potential winners have been selected for all of the prizes. Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any entry information provided by children under thirteen (13) years old will be used solely for the purposes of the Sweepstakes and will be destroyed immediately after its conclusion in accordance with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").

A. During Sweepstakes Period, go to CONTEST PAGE LINK. To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the form and click ENTER button. Winners will be notified by email within 10 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends (see section 4 WINNERS NOTIFICATION for further information). Children under the age of 13 will require parental notification and permission prior to qualifying for the Sweepstakes.

B. Limit (1) entry and one email address per household. Any other attempted form of entry is void and will not be accepted. In case of dispute, the registered and authorized account holder of the e-mail account through which the entry is made will be deemed the entrant; and, entrant may be required to provide proof of ownership of such e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

YOU ARE NOT A POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN PERSONALLY NOTIFIED TO SUCH EFFECT BY ADMINISTRATOR AND YOU ARE NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR AND THE SPONSOR. C. Anyone who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail or mailing addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the foregoing entry limitation will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for entries/redemptions that may be lost, late, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or for typographical errors in these Official Rules or Sweepstakes advertising.

D. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree (1) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules set forth herein and all decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; and (2) to release Sponsor, Prize Providers and Administrator and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of any of the above organizations, from any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes, or any Sweepstakes related activity or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize.

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Substitution of prizes by winners is prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute advertised prize/prize component with a prize/prize component of comparable value in the event the advertised prize is not available for any reason. Limit one prize per family/household/address/e-mail address.

Winners may be required to prove eligibility. All Potential Winners will be contacted via email within 10 days of the end of the Sweepstakes period. Potential Winners and their parent will be required successfully complete a Prize Claim Form. Allow 6 – 8 weeks after responding for final qualification and receipt of prize. Further, Winners will be required to sign and return (1) a release relieving Sponsor, Prize Providers, and Administrator and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of any of the above organizations from any liability, claims, demands and cause of action for personal injury or death, and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize; and where permitted by law, granting Sponsor and its designated representatives the right to use the winner’s name, voice, photograph and likeness for advertising, trade and publicity purposes without additional compensation or notice; (2) an affidavit of winner’s eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules. These documents must be executed correctly and completed and returned to Administrator within 10 business days of notification. Noncompliance with the above requirements (as applicable) or return of prize notification or prize, as applicable (for any prize) as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the prize (without compensation). ALL FORFEITED AND UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Any attempt to defraud Sponsor in any way will result in disqualification of entrant; and, such individual may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Fraud includes but is not limited to any attempt to tamper with, forge, damage or alter any entry submission and/or required eligibility forms.

In the event that production, seeding, printing, digital or programming failures, errors, or other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes, as set forth in these Official Rules, to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules (previously not awarded) by a random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claimants.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California (with the sole exception of conflict of law/choice of law rules which would result in the application of the law of any jurisdiction other than California), with venue in Los Angeles County, California and all claims must be resolved in the appropriate state and federal courts of Los Angeles County, California. Claim must be filed individually, NOT as a class action. Entrant further understands and agrees that in no event will he/she be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, fees or costs including without limitation attorneys’ fees, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All applicable taxes, including all federal, state, local and other taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
