Amusement parks are great fun in the summer, but they always close down in the winter, which is no fun. This boy and girl, Billy and Juno, are on a quest to travel around the world and ride amusement park rides non-stop for one whole year. They are following the sunlight across the planet so they can take a turn on every Tilt-a-Whirl on Earth.
