Chiyome began life as a shy, reserved child. She was frequently picked on and bullied at school. By the time she turned ten, she had grown tired of being a victim, and took to studying Kung Fu so she could defend herself. She was a prodigy, and by 12 had graduated to the rank of Master. She was no longer afraid.
