Summer is a sea nymph from the Pacific Ocean. She was given human form by the actress Carmel, who was reciting an ancient spell as part of her movie script and did not know that it actually worked. Summer loves being human and never wants to return to the sea. In fact, she plans to be an even bigger movie star than Carmel, and the two have become rivals.
