How To Play Mad Libs:
Choose a Mad Lib story from below. You will then see a bunch of blank spaces with parts of speech next to them. Fill in each blank according to the part of speech that it asks for. For instance, if it says adjective, you might put "wacky." After you have filled in all of the blank spaces, click submit and a story that you have helped to create will show. Read it out loud for maximum funniness. This is a great game to play with friends or family.
Parts of speech that you will need to know to play Mad Libs:
Noun: A person, place, or thing (example: doctor, mall, school, television, monkey)
Plural Noun: A noun with an "s" at the end (superheroes, dinosaurs, playgrounds)
Adjective: A description word (cranky, smelly, purple, amazing)
Verb: An action word (run, fly, play, exist)
Adverb: Used to modify a verb (sleepily, hurriedly, thankfully, mysteriously)
Other words which may be used in Mad Libs are: A number. Person's name. Type of food. A place or geographical location. Body part. Day of the week.
